The renovation of the former Spence Diamonds flagship store transforms the space to embody the brand’s updated vision. The redesign creates a sophisticated, modern retail environment that honors the brand’s heritage while offering a romantic and luxurious experience for every visitor.
project involvement
- Gathered reference and concept images to inform design ideas, and sourced cost-appropriate FF&E.
- Contributed to development of floor plan configurations, ensuring the SKU count.
- Built exterior facade, assisted in building 3D model of the store, and populated interior spaces.
- Modelled the display cases in 3D, referencing previous millwork drawings and implementing design modifications.
- Assisted in compiling presentation materials, including the final plan, rendered views, and walkthrough video.
